Explore the mangrove forest and the untouched landscape of Michamvi
Being an unexploited piece of nature, the area of Chwaka Bay, on the tip of the South East coast peninsula, is calm and quiet offering a deserted beach experience. If you like long white beaches with powder sand- this is for you. Also there are some bars to sit watching the sunset while dipping your toes in the Indian Ocean.

We explore the mangrove forest with a traditional wood catamaran and on our way we take a swim in the natural blue lagoon where the ocean and the mangrove meet.

Taking a slow walk on the beach of Michamvi is a soothing experience.  If timing is right we will enjoy a silent orange sunset over the bay.

A seafood lunch can be arranged on the sandbank.
